About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their daily activities such as personal care, shopping, bill management, and medical appointments, while helping them connect with the community. Each shift offers unique experiences and chances for personal growth. You’ll form meaningful relationships and make a real difference in their lives.

Requirements:

• Fully flexible availability for weekdays and weekends, including sleep-in shifts
• Sleep-in shifts are essential and are paid at £7.83 per hour

Training and Development:

• Comprehensive paid training provided for all new starters
• Flexibility required to attend a 10-day training sessions at our Head Office in Nuneaton
