About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customers with daily tasks such as personal care, grocery shopping, bill management, medical appointments, while helping them connect with their local community.

Every day is unique, and you’ll discover new experiences with each shift. You will build meaningful relationships with our customers, becoming a dependable and trusted companion, exemplifying kindness and care, and actively participating in their personal growth and daily life.

Example shift patterns are as follows:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 22:00
• Plus, wake nights and sleep-in shifts
• Please note we do require weekend availability

Training Details:

To ensure that you are fully equipped for your role, participation in our training program is a fundamental requirement.

You will attend our comprehensive 10-day training at our Head Office in Nuneaton.
