About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with various aspects of their daily lives. This encompasses personal care, grocery shopping, bill management, accompanying them to medical appointments, facilitating access to the local community, and much more. Every day is unique, and you’ll discover new experiences with each shift. As a Support Worker, you will build meaningful relationships with our clients, becoming a dependable and trusted companion, exemplifying kindness and care, and actively participating in their personal growth and daily life.

Example shift patterns are as follows:

• 07:00-15:00
• 15:00-22:00
• Plus, wake nights and sleep-in shifts
• Please note we do require weekend availability

Training Details:

To ensure that you are fully equipped for your role, participation in our training program is a fundamental requirement. You should be prepared to attend the ten-day training, which will be conducted at our Head Office in Nuneaton.
