Following on from a CQC reinspection at 132/4 Manor Court Road in January 2024, we can confirm that the overall rating for the service has improved from Inadequate to Requires Improvement.
Executive Director’s Danielle and Raj had the following to say:
“This report is a testament to the hard work and effort that has been made by so many staff in different teams across the organisation on our journey of continued improvement – and we would like to thank each and every staff member for their commitment to this. The swift action taken by the organisation since the first inspection in February 2023 has ensured we have made good progress. We collectively recognise there is still more to do within the service and across the organisation, which has been identified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we will continue to embed the changes we’ve introduced across all services.
The last twelve months have been a challenging period where we have faced unprecedented challenges, however we are now beginning to see the results of this hard work.”
