About

PIA Mental Health Week May 2025

People in Action is organising a fun and insightful Mental Health Week, thoughtfully planned by our staff and customers. This event is designed for everyone in our community to come together, raise awareness about mental health, and strengthen our community.

The week is going to be jam-packed with activities and here are just a few things to look forward to:

  • Art exhibitions by staff and customers
  • Coffee mornings with guest speakers
  • Art workshops
  • Mindfulness sessions/exercises
  • Dog Therapies

Bringing Our Community Together

During PIA Mental Health Week, our Head Office will become a hub of support and awareness.

All staff, customers, friends and family will be able to attend any of the planned activities and events. We want the office to foster an open environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing mental health.

There will be events happening at The Mayor’s Cafe, our both Garden Projcets and services!

Mental Health Week highlights the importance of mental well-being, creating a sense of community and support for all.

Poster Campaign

Let’s Get Talking…

PIA Mental Health Week’s Poster Campaign is an initiative aimed at starting conversations about mental health and raising awareness within the community.

Through eye-catching designs and powerful messages, the campaign encourages everyone to break the stigma, share their stories, and support one another.

It’s a step towards fostering a culture of openness and understanding, reminding us all that mental health matters. Let’s start the conversation today!
